Rural DevelopmentThe Community Futures Lethbridge Region is pleased to work with our ten member communities to assist them in their economic development efforts. Effective and sustainable community development programs are best achieved by following four basic principles of community empowerment. 1. Creating community based partnerships 2. Participating with our member communities to create strategic vision for change 3. Identifying economic opportunities 4. Building sustainable community development tools and programs.
